Omni-channel Campaign Analytics
This dashboard demonstrates how marketers can measure the effectiveness of multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is demonstrated using a sample data set for a mortgage refinance campaign by a retail bank. Marketers can review the offer funnel (e.g. offers clicked, application started and application pre-approved) across customer segments. They can narrow down the funnel either by segments or by specific offers.
A “campaign performance” summary view presents the response rate and campaign performance for the targeted and control groups. Response trends can be analyzed over time for both groups. In summary, this highly customizable dashboard analyzes omni-channel performance by campaign, segments, offers and target groups.
