Machine Learning Marketing Campaign Performance
The Causata Machine Learning Campaign dashboard shows the uplift a company achieves by using Causata machine learning to execute business- to-consumer (B2C) marketing campaigns when compared to business as usual marketing campaigns. Machine learning automates the selection of the most relevant offers across channels for each individual customer. This helps to create a more personal experience for each customer.
The main chart in the top left shows how the machine learning group is performing versus a control group during the time period shown. It can be filtered to show all campaigns and segments, or just specific ones. The summary statistics for both the control group and machine learning group are shown in the upper right area of the dashboard and include the number of customers and annualized totals. The dashboard also provides an estimate of the total uplift that could be achieved by running the selected campaigns for all customers.
The table at the bottom of the dashboard provides the details of offers served during the selected time period. It shows the offer name, channel, category, a bar chart of count, and count for each offer. The total offer count is also shown on the right hand side directly above the table. The filter can be used to show specific offers by name, channel, and category.
